The APEX Skating Academy is pleased to offer a six week program where skaters are encouraged to develop their skills while working towards their personal skating goals. Our approach to training focuses not only on a skater’s development on the ice, but also includes off-ice training, and other developmental opportunities.

Skate Canada NL and the Eastern Region are excited to host a STAR 1-3 seminar on Friday March 22 in Clarenville. Skaters at this level will participate in on and off ice classes with guest coach Rebecca Babb along with our provincial coaches.
Eligibility: STAR 1-3 Skaters

Please note that due to the weather today the seminar schedule for Thursday Jan 3 has been changed. Note the morning session on Thursday will be practice ice.
On ice portion will take place in the Glacier Rink 2.
Yoga Class will take place in the warm room of Glacier Rink 2.
Conditioning will take place in the Glacier Rink 1 Hospitality Room.
For the off ice and yoga classes skaters are asked to bring along a water bottle, indoor sneakers and a yoga mat.
Snacks will be provided, skaters should bring their own lunch.
Final payments for Winter Sessions are due today, December 15th.

Junior - Star 1 -3 Skaters
Intermediate - Must have passed Star 4 Freeskate or Junior Bronze
Senior - Must have passed Junior Silver Freeskate
